This Advent Calendar Challenge is for people who;

 

🎁 Want to start showing up for themselves and their health this December, knowing you've taken a small action each day gaining that trust with yourself that you CAN stick to something. 

🎁 Wants something that is just focused on YOU. You may do everything for everybody else and you're the last on the list when it comes to fitting something in for you.

🎁 You want to finish the year feeling amazing knowing you've shown up for yourself and your health each day in December! 

🎁 You want and need to take action to improve your health and fitness before the year is up!

🎁 You need of some accountability, support and structure to keep you going! 

🎁 Like being around like-minded people, all looking to be a healthier and fitter version on themselves!

What happens on the challenge?

 

🎁 The challenge will be in a Private Facebook Group - you will gain access after your purchase. 

🎁 Each morning at 6am a new door will open and a new workout will appear in the group (Monday to Friday).

🎁 The weekend, you get a chance to recover with some mobility/stretching and a moment to prepare for the week ahead!

🎁 There will be "weekly goal setting" and we will celebrate your "WINS for the WEEK!".

🎁 If you miss a day, don't worry, the workouts will stay in the group! 

🎁 You will have the support of the Brightside PT coaches to keep you motivated, answer questions and keep you on track!
