Hi, we are running a new 6 week fitness program for local people who have had enough and want to change. We want you to be our next case study so you'll get the teams full attention as we guide you through from wherever you are starting from to a whole new level . 👍
Set in our private studios, our 1-1 sessions are bespoke to you and your needs. With the highest quality of coaching you will be well looked after.
Every session is 60 minutes and will include - Mobility work to help decrease pain in the body, Core work to help improve strength, with resistance and stability work you will feel like a new person in no time at all.
We keep our groups small, so everyone can still get bespoke help in each session.
We will have 2-5 In a group, so you are never left guessing what to do!
We follow the same ethos as we do in our 1-1 sessions. It is bespoke to you, and we include

Food consultation: Not so we can put you on a restrictive diet, but so we can find the simple things you can change that you can actually stick to.
FOOD REVIEW:
This 30 minute coaching session, we will see what you are finding hard and what is easy for you.
FUTURE HEALTH PLANNING SESSION:
It is very important that beyond the 6 weeks you have a sustainable plan in place to follow. So we lay out exactly where you want to be in the next 3-6-9 months. From there we lay out a plan of action that sees you work towards those targets.
On the call we'll ask some questions and will try our best to suggest the best route for you ro reach your goals just like the thousand of local people we have helped here in the South.
