Third year running our Advent Challenge is back! 

 

December is approaching and each year we help you put the extra work in over the festive month to bank some extra room for the goodies that we will and should enjoy over Christmas! 

Each door on your advent calendar will reveal a short effective workout to keep the fire lit inside (banking some calories), motivation high from the awesome community of participants that join the challenge each year and most importantly feel smug on Christmas Day knowing you haven't let yourself go!

We've had over 100 participants complete the challenge and on average they've lost 4lbs during December.
