We will have an informal chat about what you require, when your big day is and where your current levels of fitness are. We will also discuss what areas you would most like to target and how best to achieve this, whether you want to lose weight for your wedding, increase tone or improve fitness.

You can have a look at the studio, treatment room and have a chance to meet the team that will be 100% behind you leading up to your wedding. After the plan is set we book in your sessions to suit your timescale and other commitments.

Personal Training

This is a tailored plan to get you what you want as safely and efficiently as possible. Every session will involve different exercises; all with the plan of getting you the body you want for your big day. Every session will be on a one-to-one basis, so you get 100% from your trainer and maximize the time spent in the studio.

Massage

These massage treatments are designed to help you relax and unwind. Massage will increase the blood flow to your muscles and leave you feeling rejuvenated, while assisting in muscle repair so that tone can be achieved at a faster rate.

Nutrition

Detox Plan

Improve your liver function. An efficient liver will assist in weight loss, improve energy levels and will leave your skin glowing and radiant for your special day.

This involves a conversation about what you should be eating and drinking to make sure you are radiant on your big day! Our experienced nutritionist will make sure you are confident with the plan and, most importantly, that you understand how these food choices will benefit you.

Recipe book

A recipe book full of tried and tested tasty meals that are easy to follow.

Weekly diet diaries and e-mails

A personal food diary so your nutritionist can check how you are coming along each week and provide you with feedback. Your nutritionist is here to give you support along the way and make sure that you are sticking to your plan!
