Brightside Bootcamps are an affordable and fun way to achieve your fitness and weight loss goals under the direction of one of our expert trainers.
We offer a safe, effective group workout without the shouting. Brightside Bootcamps are more than just a fitness class. We provide you with all the information, support and guidance you need to make a lasting change to your health and fitness.
How do we do this?
Never more than 20 per class! We are offering sociable sized classes so you have the support and guidance that you need to exercise safely and efficiently. We’re experts in our field and offer first class knowledge of exercises that will challenge you.
Forget boring workouts that are the same week in week out. We change our workouts weekly, following a structured program so your body is always moving forwards!
We go beyond the workout and are on hand for nutritional advice. We are on hand for guidance, support and advice to help you achieve your goals.
We offer a morning or evening packages so you can workout at a time that best suits you.
- Morning Package: Monday and Wednesday mornings at 7am
- Evening Package: Monday and Wednesday evening at 6.15pm
