Summer is nearly here!

The days are starting to get longer and the weather has finally started to improve. Anticipation is building for the summer!  


There is roughly two months left until the summer weather (hopefully) is here! For many people that is cause for celebration but for others there may be some concern about taking off those winter layers. If you've had a partially indulgent winter now is the time to act to attain that summer body!


A regular and varied exercise programme consisting of cardio, strength and core training combined with a healthy balanced diet is by far the best way to lean down and get some good tone in our muscles. Not only will this help you look good on the beach but will also boost energy levels and overall health and fitness so you will generally stay more active and be able to enjoy more of the summer months.
