Simple changes in your diet give great results!

We have been working with a client for a while now who has been struggling to shift the pounds and achieve his target weight. Although he was training hard and getting fitter if your dont change your diet weight loss can be almost impossible!

After a bit of a chat and completing a food diary for a week it was clear to see some areas of his diet needed changing. We advocate a healthy balanced diet and try to cut back as much as possible on refined, processed foods. 

With a few simple changes and a couple of new short term goals in four weeks he has now lost 5kgs and dropped 5" off his waist. Not only is he now seeing resluts he is also enjoying the food he is eating and feeling much better for it.
